Join us on the 24th November for our session on ‘Applying for roles in hospital’ where our experienced hospital pharmacists (Abbas and Devesh) will go through the roles of pharmacists in hospital and help you develop your clinical and interview skills!
The session will include interactive clinical case studies covering core areas of practice including admissions, clinical screening, medicines supply and discharge.
Learning outcomes:
- Gain an insight on the emerging roles of pharmacists in acute hospital settings.
- Understand key considerations when undertaking drug history, medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and medicines supply activities.
- Develop clinical knowledge around medicines optimisation.
