This hands-on course is overseen by Academics & Advanced Clinical Practitioners and will provide you with the opportunity to learn essential examination skills required to confidently engage with Pharmacy First clinical pathway service.

- Service introduction & background
- Clinical screening of patients
- Aetiology, differential diagnosis, diagnosis, management and prognosis of:
- sinusitis
- sore throat
- earache
- infected insect bites
- impetigo
- shingles
- uncomplicated urinary tract infections in women
- An update on the claims process
